How It All Began
At Apulia Gastronomia, we have a passion for sharing our love of food with everyone we meet.
Apulia Gastronomia is a family business, a work of love combining Maria's passion for creating unique comfort food with Stefano's operational sensibilities. From their first visit, they fell in love with Bloor West Village's character. Maria basically runs the food side of the business, and Stefano does almost everything else.
Maria is a fantastic cook, but more than that, she understands how to run a commercial kitchen to produce consistently high-quality food. She is currently a Service Manager at local Italian cookery with excellent cooking skills and would make a fine kitchen manager.
Stefano graduated three years ago with a degree in business administration. He takes commitments very seriously with valuable experience in accounting and management. He currently works as a Sales and Marketing Manager with a major wholesale company in Toronto, so he has strong sales and marketing skills.pecial relationships, Apulia Gastronomia has become a popular Food Shop.
